• You agree not to directly circumvent SparkTek by independently contacting an employer introduced to you through our services for a period of twelve (12) months.
• SparkTek does not guarantee job placement and placement outcomes depend on multiple factors.

4.2 Employers (Client Companies)

• You represent that all job requirements and company information provided are accurate.
• You agree to maintain confidentiality of candidate information shared by SparkTek.
• Fees and payment terms are governed by the separate services agreement executed with SparkTek Solutions LLC.
• You agree to comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and anti-discrimination regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of SparkTek Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
